Every family deserves to understand how to care for their health
Medical insurance in the United States is extremely complicated, to say the least. Each year it seems to get more complicated and the person who suffers the most is you - the average American trying to start and raise a family.
I’ve worked in corporate HR for 10+ years. I’ve had a seat at the table when company-wide benefit decisions are being evaluated and hard choices have to be made. I’ve also had hundreds of conversations with parents and have answered countless benefit questions. I know what it’s like to look at all this through the lens of a spreadsheet and through the lens of a mom caring for a tender, newborn baby. My knowledge is not theoretical - it is first-hand and based on the real world.
Throughout my career, I developed a strong passion for helping parents. Then I had my son and learned firsthand the financial stress and confusion insurance causes before and after the birth of a child. Despite all my experience, I still made many mistakes. My biggest goal is to save you from as many expensive and hard lessons possible - so you can focus on the fun stuff & your bundle of joy!
